✔️ Med3 (Fit Note) requests

When you log in to Anima, simply click the “I have an administrative query” button and submit your request.

This sends your query straight to our team, ensuring it’s handled promptly and nothing gets missed.

📢 NHS App – Important Update About Repeat Prescriptions

We’re aware that some patients have noticed changes to how repeat prescriptions appear in the NHS App.

🆕 Due to a national NHS update, repeat medications will now only show when they are ready to be requested.
This means some items may temporarily disappear from view — but don’t worry, your repeat prescriptions have not been lost or removed.

✔️ Your repeats will automatically reappear in the NHS App as soon as they are available to request again.

We hope this helps reassure you. Thank you for your patience as these national changes are rolled out.

Over recent weeks, we’ve seen a significant reduction in incoming phone calls thanks to the growing number of patients using Anima and our online access pathways. This is fantastic progress, it helps us respond more efficiently and reduces waiting times for everyone. 🙌

To keep this improvement going, we encourage all patients who can use online services to continue doing so. Submitting requests online is quick, convenient, and allows our team to direct phone lines to those who cannot use online tools, such as some elderly or vulnerable patients.

🎉 Over 1,000 Anima Requests Completed! 🎉

Since launching Anima on 20th January 2026, more than 1,000 patient requests have already been submitted through the system 🙌

Patients have been receiving:
✔️ Same‑day GP advice
✔️ Booking links for routine appointments
✔️ Faster, clearer responses

If you’re able to, please submit your requests online via Anima rather than calling the practice. This helps us manage demand more efficiently and ensures those who truly need to phone, such as patients without internet access, can get through more easily.
