Please be considerate when booking or cancelling your appointment — last-minute changes can prevent someone else from taking that spot!
Please note that rearranging, rescheduling, or postponing your appointment within the notice period will still be treated as a cancellation, as you’re no longer attending your original appointment time.
Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before your next appointment (if one is already booked). If you don’t currently have another appointment, you’ll need to settle the fee before booking again.
