Some great advice …. Relax & Restore Massage Therapy

𝐓𝐄𝐗𝐓 𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐒 📲 If you sit with your head at a 30° downward angle, you add a whopping 18-20kg weight to your neck! 40° downward angle, you add a whopping 22-24kg weight to your neck!

The term Text Neck describes the strain and pain on the neck and upper back muscles caused by excessive screen time and associated poor posture.
