My friend had recently been in a car accident. Thankfully everybody involved has come through it MSK injuries which will get better soon enough.

You can see me treating him in the picture below. He had extreme tightness and locked joints throughout his spine.

I have been very busy this weekend working in Wi******er and Andover. I am very proud to say everybody, including my friend pictured below who entered through the doors left feeling at least 70% better.

I have space from Friday onwards for regular sessions and always keep a couple slots held back for urgent and acute conditions.

SCIATICA

Symptoms:
A well demarcated like of pain which usually terminates in the ankle. Lower back pain. Numbness and pins and needles. Lack of function through the leg.

Caused by a nerve root impingement which is a piece of the centre part ( nucleus polposes ) of an intervertebral disc is protruding onto a nerve root of its closest nerve. Disc protrusions, or herniated discs, are most commonly found in the lumbar section of our spines.

I have one particular case at present who is most likely facing surgery. I’ve been able to relieve the pressure somewhat on her with treatment. It is possible for the fluid to be reabsorbed and there are cases where this has happened. In fact, I’ve heard one case in particular in Andover of a lady visiting chesignton theme park who got off a ride with a cured neck. However, such triumphs are few and far between. Which is why there’s so many people like me around.

I’ve handled so many cases of sciatica and other nerve root protrusions which are less common. I’ve been very fortunate with training with top class doctors and professors from Beijing and Oxford who were able to create what seems to be a unique blend of treatment within me that I am able to produce each time one of these desperate cases walks through my door.

Below I have highlighted two pictures which shows how many roots the sciatic nerve has, which are in green. The other picture shows what a nerve root impingement from a disc herniation looks like, highlighted in red.

Sciatica caused from a disc problem can be DEBILITATING. You can LOSE YOUR MOBILITY which can be DEPRESSING.

I really thought you guys would be right up for the dollhouse competition. But nevertheless somebody did message about it and donated £50 to Head-Up as he refused to take it for nothing. Thank you for those who were involved. I’ll try thinking of another kind of competition for a free treatment midweek. 🤗

This week I’ve managed to turn around some awful conditions. A shoulder injury which has kept a lady out from training for the last two months has been most memorable. She did all the rehab exercises and is lifting once again. Her posture has improved, her pain has been eliminated and she’s buzzing to be back to work in her favourite gym.

I will be rounding the week off with a home visit to someone who is literally using my service to get some sleep. This person has faced agony her whole life with stenosis, I see her from time to time to get her relief from the pain she is in. I’m always so humbled to know she’s tried so many things to work on her pain yet after all this time I’m still her leading choice.

What makes me such a good choice for your injury is that I use a multi-model approach to the situation. Over the course of the last month I’ve managed to successfully treat the conditions seen below ⬇️

I’ve also had time to catch up with complimentary sessions like I always have. I think I’ve gone as far as I can with the group of people I had shortlisted for these free treatments, with a handful of those people finally improving. So I am looking for either yourself or someone you know who cannot pay for treatment to come forward and take a spot for this service. 😊

I think the best thing a therapist like me is to offer an honest ear to those who want to get sorted but aren’t sure what to do or who to speak to. If you are in pain and you’re wondering what to do about it then please do get in touch. I won’t pressure you to make an appointment or give you false hope. Rarely does it happen that somebody visits with a musculoskeletal problem that I can’t help.

Everybody who has visited has said they’ve been recommended by a friend to come in. Almost all patients that have come through my door this last month have been benefited tremendously. There are two people stuck in my mind however that I couldn’t do anything for. There are other forms of therapy out there which I’d be happy to show anybody.

Please remember if I have asked you to do exercises to stay in touch! I can’t just give you a full routine on the spot as it needs to be layered and structured week on week. 📱

Look out for an upcoming competition, I think I’ll do a spot the difference again rather than the standard ‘like and share’ thing. The price will be a week of treatment. 7 treatments which can be taken one per month. 🏆

THOROUGH TREATMENT = AWESOME RESULTS

The video below is highlighting the relaxed atmosphere I try to provide during every treatment and the start of a treatment for this gentleman who has played sport his whole life. He always needs a range of techniques and this snippet is just the beginning of the 1 hour treatment.

Over the last few months I’ve had very difficult cases, seeing people coming in with EXTREME pain.

One case saw a lady unable to bend down, having to stop exercise altogether whilst she was stuck in pain, completely demoralised facing the prospect of her life changing….one treatment saw her get 70% better. The same style of treatment I’ve given to people who have been so many places seeking help or bounced around from department to department In hospitals, all to no avail.

Another saw a chap with an AWFUL case of TENDONITIS of the Achilles. This guy has spent around a year or so and has never got anywhere. Bad advice landed him in a worse off position.

I’ve spent the last 9 years back from working abroad, where I was fortunate enough to learn from GREAT TEACHERS, treating patient after patient gaining them the help they need.

No matter how bad a case might appear, or how much pain a person may be in I will always apply the right stuff which you will feel instantly.
