Our November overview whilst on our lovely walk over the weekend!
The biggest things I learned from November are:
- we are more resilient than we think! With all the challenges thrown our way we have still ended the month on an amazing high
- I need to get better at this social media malarky!
- i am so lucky to have the amazing team around me that we have! They genuinely care so much about their clients and have produced some amazing results this month ❤️
So excited for December! Have a lovely evening everyone!

Something happened to me yesterday that i’ve seen many times before - but isnt really talked about enough.
A person contacted me asking to book an appointment. After a bit of time it became apparent that they were looking for a female therapist to sexually assault. Luckily as i’ve seen this a few times I got a vibe off the conversation quite quickly and it was all dealt with appropriately and the hampshire constabulary have been informed.
We enter this profession genuinely wanting to help people which unfortunately means putting ourselves into positions where sometimes the worst can happen. So I just wanted to spread the awareness for any new massage, osteos, chiros, or physiotherapists out there or to any of our clients who are unaware. It is never something we take lightly and will ALWAYS be reported to the relevant authorities. Behaviour towards me and my staff and their safety is my utmost priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable or vulnerable always report it!
Have a safe Thursday everyone!

Men – it’s time to take your health seriously!

We’re proud to announce our first ever Men’s Health Talk – and it’s for men of ALL ages.

Unlike women, men often don’t have routine health check-ins until their 40s. So who’s asking the tough questions? Who’s helping you know what’s normal and what’s not? This talk is your chance to take control.

We’ll cover everything from your 20s to your 70s and beyond, with practical tips to boost your health now and for the future.

Did you know:
• Testosterone levels start dropping from 30.
• Men have a higher risk of death after a hip fracture than women.
• There are multiple changes you can make to reduce your risk of developing men’s specific cancers!

And whats more…It’s FREE, and all donations will go to Andy’s Man Club, supporting men’s mental health.

Leave feeling informed, empowered, and ready to take action on your health.

Step up. Ask the questions. Take control

Our Story

My name is Emily and I am a qualified physiotherapist who has worked in elite sport for over 7 years as well as within the NHS. I wanted to provide a service that was both proactive with the pilates classes and sports massage, as well as reactive with the physiotherapy sessions to help people be pain free for as long as possible!
