We’re looking for an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our supportive, experienced MDT.

This role offers the chance to work closely with people who have real movement challenges — supporting clients after surgery, helping individuals manage pain, and empowering people to live fully despite illness or injury.

You’ll be:
✔️ Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
✔️ Supporting rehab, recovery, and long-term wellbeing
✔️ Applying personal training skills in a truly meaningful, people-centred way
✔️ Continuing to learn and grow alongside experienced clinicians

This is a fantastic opportunity for a PT who values teamwork, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a genuine impact on people’s lives through movement.

A little spontaneous update to the clinic!!! My poor husband is going to need a sports massage by the end of the week!

In all seriousness though I am so so grateful for all our wonderful clients! In January we did the best month we have EVER done by far which was amazing!!! So i’ve decided to reinvest heavily into the clinic to improve our PT, improve our rehab and improve our space in general.
Whilst the big changes to the studio will be happening over the next week or so, the smaller changes will be happening over the coming few months so keep your eyes peeled and come and check us out!

P.S. Whilst I sound like a very lazy lady in this video, just know that my husband does work with tools for a living - so what would take me 4 hours to do badly would take him an hour to be done well! And I only want the best for you guys 🥰 Physio is my thing! DIY less so 😂

I can’t express how much I loved this course this weekend! I’ve been following Tom Gooms AKA .physio for a long time - and for those of you who haven’t heard of him, he has been involved in a plethora of research to help improve assessments and treatments of running related injuries as well as having treated thousands of runners in his clinic in Brighton. The course was really thorough, really interesting with loads of tools for me to bring back to my wonderful clients in Hampshire!
A special thanks too to the amazing for hosting this course and providing all the (very much needed) teas, coffees and chocolate biscuits! They are doing exciting things up there so if you’re near Aylesbury should definitely check them out!

Our Story

My name is Emily and I am a qualified physiotherapist who has worked in elite sport for over 7 years as well as within the NHS. I wanted to provide a service that was both proactive with the pilates classes and sports massage, as well as reactive with the physiotherapy sessions to help people be pain free for as long as possible!
