Unfortunately DNA appointments went up again in October.

Please cancel your appointment if you no longer require, to see a GP or Nurse. Opening up appointments, which can help another patient see a GP or Nurse earlier.

There are several convenient ways to cancel your appointment, phoning the surgery on 01264 361424, cancelling online via the NHS App, or by replying CANCEL to your reminder SMS.

We would like to say a big thank you to all our patients who cancelled appointments they no longer required.
