🌟 MHFAider Day — 12 November 2025 🌟
On 12 November, we celebrate Mental Health First Aiders across the UK — the people who step up, listen, act, and support others with care and courage. This year, we shine a light on the ripple effect of care — how one caring conversation can have far-reaching impact across teams, communities and lives. MHFA Portal
👉 Whether you’ve been on the receiving end or the giving end of support, you know how powerful it is to feel heard and understood.
This , we’re proud to celebrate the learners we’ve trained – making a difference one conversation at a time.
One recent learner KMA trained fedback: Thank you for the delivering the course over the last two days. I learnt so much more from the experience, the pace was perfect and never felt rushed and we were given enough time to discuss each topic.
Shelley Cooper, KMA Clinical Operations Manager/Consultant OT and MHFA Trainer says: During the training I love that we normalise and encourage conversations about mental health. It is great to build people’s confidence in it being ok to have these conversations. In every group it is evident how much mental health impacts lives and the importance of talking about it in a safe and informed way. We are helping break down the stigma and fear that makes these conversations so difficult in the first place.
We’d love to hear your MHFAider® story – share why you became an MHFAider and what it’s meant to you. Let’s amplify the ripple effect of kindness, empathy, and human connection. Every act of care matters — and together, we make mental health support a norm, not an exception.
