I have spaces available in some of my group classes if anyone has been considering giving pilates a go in a welcoming group.

This has been me most of the latter half of the week. Supine and fed up but oh so grateful to these kiddos who are never too far away and always happy to snug. JR even ran me a bath on Thursday after his school play, set up my current tv binge obsession and lit candles. Proud of how they both handle this sh*tshow! ❤️

Hi Everyone. I have a Merrithew rehab reformer/tower combo for sale. It's in brand new condition having been purchased by a client for rehab a few years ago. They kept it with the intention of doing their Stott instructor training and then never got started with it.

Full reformer, Tower, rehab height, all springs/attachments, box, platform extender, maypole, instructions.

Based in Hampshire. Can discuss help with delivery/courier depending on location for an additional charge.

Asking £3500 but open to reasonable offers.

Waiting for my next client on zoom. Yes this is still a thing. Allowing me to still train with my clients even when they're not local. We'd normally be face to face but today he is a good 50 minutes away staying elsewhere so we are still squeezing it in. This awesome dude is working with autism and hypermobility and pilates over the last 10 weeks is allowing him to improve his relationship with his body, improve his strength and nurture a consistent routine which helps him massively overall. It is always a pleasure to teach him 🥳

3 groups, 3x 1:1s another 1:1 and then 2x groups (one of which is online too) at APCC later and then Monday is complete. It has been a winner 🥳

Blows my mind that this many of you turn up to get stronger with me on a Thursday eve .uk . This is the largest community class that i run with my preference being on smaller groups and more focussed attention but this is a fab group who've been together for years and years and never fail to bring the energy and enthusiasm. There's a diverse mix of ages and abilities but they all work damn hard, listen to their bods and have all seen improvements towards their individual goals and this brings me so much joy and pride. I've been feeling really crappy today and struggled with my own pain levels but seeing these happy faces really gave me a boost. Thanks everyone xx

What a weekend. Hangs with my OG partner in crime watching do their incredible thing . Drinking, dancing and finishing conversations with .revs.ray in LDN and then coming home and celebrating the incredible achievements of including my gorgeous son winning a performance award for his technical skills, smooth riding and commitment to living a life on two wheels. Toasting to all of the awesome gals and guys who commit to the club and bmx. These guys are great friends, champions and great dancers 😝. Then watched JR smash at being goalie for . Olive had a netball match with her school team too. Ready to hit the week hard! Oh and to finally submit my tax return which has been looming xx
