If your answer is YES then join Clare Chiropractor and mentee of Christopher Gladwell breathwork instructor for a mini breathwork workshop ahead of the Christmas break.

Text neck syndrome refers to a repetitive stress injury to the neck caused by having your head in a forward position for extended periods of time.
This forward posture affects the curvature of the cervical spine, the neck, shoulder muscles and supporting ligaments which may lead to neck pain, upper back pain, shoulder pain and headaches.
As we spend on average in the U.K. 6 hours / day at our pc or on our mobile phone having great posture is key.

In todays short video we will explain why traditional sit-ups can injure your back and demonstrate an alternative way to exercise your abdominal muscles without straining the back. To make the exercise more challenging just lift the elbows off the floor. If there are any videos which you think can help you just add a comment and the team will look at adding them. Thanks.
