Spring is finally on the horizon 🌷 and with the shift in energy I am so excited to bring you these beautiful heart aligned events I have planned for March at .retreat

Friday 6th March is our monthly full moon circle with - gathering under a potent lunar eclipse to release, realign and be held in the beauty of the circle 🌕

Sunday 8th March is my monthly soul & sound event where soul-led movement meets the deep resonance of the crystal bowls 💫

Saturday 21st March and I have our next seasonal retreat, gathering to honour the Equinox and to awaken to the expansive energy of Spring ✨

And at the end of the month on Sunday 29th March I am so happy to be bringing my Alchemy of the Heart Cacao Ceremony back to .retreat - we will take a deep journey of self love together guided by the wisdom of this heart opening medicine 💛

Looking towards April, the days lengthen and the world begins to stir. There’s a sense of movement and possibility in the air - alongside a need for rest as we adjust to the changing season.

Join Lydia from Creatively Curious Therapy for an evening of gongs in the yurt .retreat. Inside the softly held space, you’re invited to slow down and settle. Lying back among blankets and cushions, you can allow the sound to meet you gently, without effort or expectation.

There are two sessions to select from on this evening, join us for whichever suits you. For an extra special evening of gongs, you would be most welcome to join us for both with a restful space in between.

Tickets cost £24 per person, per session. Limited to 10 spaces per session.

Tonight we gather in sacred circle once more under the beauty and serenity of the growing moonlight 🌕

Full moons offer an opportunity for release. They are a moment of pause within the busyness of life, where the sacred waters within us stir, bringing up to the surface what is no longer in alignment and ready to fall away. A moment of clarity, where once there was doubt and uncertainty. The full moon brings light to the parts of us that have hidden away in the darkness, allowing for greater compassion and an opportunity for healing as we find the courage to let go of what is no longer ours to carry 💫

We gather as women, honouring our ancestors and the women who laid the path before us, allowing the wounds of comparison and judgement to dissolve away. Realising that there is so much more connecting us than separating us 💛

We remember our own magic and beauty and we recognise it in the faces of each of the women who surround us. Each of us unique and yet deeply united through the golden tapestry of healing we weave together ✨

One space has magically appeared on our afternoon Petite Retreat Winter on Sunday 25th January 1430-1700.
Join Rachel and I for practices to honour Shishir Ritu - a time of introspection, strength building and managing the seasonal accumulation of Kapha qualities in the body and mind.
Return home to yourself as we do less intentionally. Enjoy yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, nourishing foods and teas along with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra and a gift to remind you of this season’s song…

Winter’s Beauty… ✨

Marvelling at the beautiful frozen lake at .retreat this morning and allowing her to remind me of all the beauty there is in the season of winter ❄️

The surface is frozen but life still quietly bubbles away under the surface. The deepest transformation often taking place within the quiet and still moments within the fertile darkness.

Winter is a time to slow right down, to tend to your own sacred self care and the quiet whisperings of your soul ✨
