Say good morning to Robbie Tolhurst!

He has been working at Angmering Grange for just over two years, he started his journey as a host but then later found his way into the kitchen as a kitchen assistant.
"I'm lucky to say I've been placed on the chefs development pathway apprenticeship, which starts very soon!"

The thing he likes most about working at Angmering Grange is the people we all look after and care for. The team we have make it great too!

When he's not at work, Robbie is very busy looking after his two beautiful boys; George 3 years old, and Edward 5 months old. They love going for family walks along the beach and playing at the park.

Today our Garden Explorers had a wonderful time taking part in the Ruby Robin Award. We painted, coloured, completed quizzes, watched for birds, and discovered lots of interesting facts about robins. We were especially excited to spot several robins in our garden and enjoyed imagining what they might be singing to one another!

Intergenerational experiences are incredibly meaningful for our residents. They love having families join in with activities, and your presence truly makes these moments special.

What a busy and joyful day our residents have had!

The celebrations began this morning with Chinese New Year gift bags, complete with lucky red envelopes, fortune cookies, and fun fortune scratch cards.

This afternoon, we were delighted to welcome St St Margaret's Church for a special Lent service, followed by tea and cake shared together.

To finish the day on a sweet note, everyone enjoyed delicious pancakes!

A wonderful day full of celebration, reflection, and treats for all.

We’re delighted to introduce Natasha, our dedicated Dementia Care Manager at Angmering Grange.

Natasha began her journey with Hallmark at our Tunbridge Wells home 11 years ago, where she worked as a Senior Carer and Community Lead. Inspired by her personal experience of caring for her father, who lived with dementia, and driven by her passion for person-centred care, Natasha progressed into her current role as Dementia Care Manager.

Shortly after Angmering Grange opened, Natasha transferred to the home, bringing with her a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the lives of our residents and supporting their families.

When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Natasha in her wellington boots, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her dogs and horses.

We’re proud to have Natasha as part of the team, helping to create a warm, understanding, and supportive environment for everyone at Angmering Grange.
