Welcome to Connections Chartered Physiotherapy and Holistic Massage Clinic! This enables me to create a massage treatment tailor made for you!

It’s important that we take care of ourselves at whatever stage of life and I believe that physiotherapy and massage can have a valuable part to play in self care, health and well being. Physiotherapy assessment identifies joint issues, muscle imbalances and movement dysfunction and treatment employs a variety of techniques including manual therapy, exercise, advice and postural / movement re-education to help improve movement and function and ease your pain. I treat a variety of conditions including:
back pain
neck pain
whiplash injuries
upper and lower limb problems
posturally related pain

With over 20 years experience as a physiotherapist and massage therapist, my massage treatments are underpinned by a sound, science based background. A range of holistic massage treatments are available including:

***COVID-19 UPDATE 01/11/2020***

Unless informed otherwise by my governing body, Connections Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic will remain open during the November lockdown. If anything changes following any announcements from the Government tomorrow (02/02/2020) I will provide a further update.

Lovely to have got back to doing my holistic facials again! Such a lovely relaxing treatment to do as well as receive! And I’m very happy to be using Tropic skincare products too! 💚

COVID-19 UPDATE

I am currently working hard to put policies and procedures in place to optimise the safety of my clients, my colleagues and myself when I am able to return to work.

I am very much looking forward to working with you all again as soon as I feel it is safe to do so and according to the Government’s and my governing body’s guidelines and recommendations. I am not therefore booking appointments yet, but will contact all my clients as soon as I have confirmed a start date.

In order to minimise risk to us all there will be procedures for my clients to follow prior to, during and after their appointment. This information will be sent to each client when an appointment has been booked.

I really hope that I will see you all again soon! In the meantime stay safe and stay well.

Hello everyone,

The Government announced last night that you can return to work as long as you are able to continue to social distance. As this is not possible for physiotherapists and massage therapists, the clinic will remain closed. I will update you again as soon as anything changes.

I hope that you are all well and staying safe and that I will see you all again soon.
