Meet Caroline Hodgson, a PT here at Lanes.
Caroline got into the gym from a young age while participating in ballet, rugby, and a variety of sports teams, where she needed to maintain her strength and mobility.
When she started going to the gym, it also helped her recover from injuries related to these sports.
Since then, she has gained her PT qualification and has been working as a personal trainer for 9 years.
As well as 1–1 and group PT sessions, she leads the run club at Lanes on Wednesdays, helping members progress their running distance.
Community is her favourite thing about Lanes, along with the people around her.
