Creating space for yourself gives your body, mind and spirit the rest from the bombardment of the turbulant world.

Your whole being is not created to live in the constant extreme uneasy frequencies.

Allowing your whole being to be in a more harmonious state will create less Dis...Ease not only within but it will ripple out into your environment and and possible touch others.

When you quieten your being you will also hear the guidance and needs of your inner self.

Create those self healing moments by spending more time in nature, restrict disturbing frequencies in your environment, detach from unneccasary drama and observe rather than involve yourself in unsettling energy.

Every thing is energy choose the energy you want be and resonate with.

2025 A year of reflection and celebration

Its officially thirty five years of my proffesional work with and on behalf of spirit.

It all started publically at the age of thirty five. I couldnt let this synchronisity go past with out checking the meaning of the numerical 35.

* 35 is a call to action to follow your intuition and take action towards your dreams*

So a year where I reach my 70th earth year in June, how on earth did I get here haha.

* 70 is about being in your divine alignment and being on your true spiritual path *

The message of this thirty fith year is one again of following my intuition so time listen in and see what dreams are to take action on.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who have purchased my Autobiography Signs and Symbols.

Also to everyone who have taken the time to feed back on the book and publically shared their views and thoughts via reviews on Amazon and over Instagram and Facebook posts.

Although it is still finding its way and reaching more and more people its been purchased or read on Kindle in Germany UK America Italy and the Netherlands.

I dont often ask, however if you feel you could share this post or share your views on my book it will help to support me to look at publishing a second book about deeper aspects of my spiritual practises, teachings and guidance.

As I approach a major milestone in my physical life.

You can never put enough emphasis or time into your self care.

Self care does not have to cost you a fortune and so much of it is available all around us including above a below.

Self care is not a luxury or a treat it is a must as part of our daily lives.

Never think you do not deserve to take time to care for the self.

A walk in nature, walking barefoot on the beach or else where in a natural setting. A massage, an energy healing session, sound therapy, time out for a quiet coffee or tea.

Live life as simply as you can your soul deserves it and needs it. Stop listening to continuous low vibrational information and protect from the radiation waves from so much all around us.

I speak first hand when I say life is so fragile and in this world of intensity make space for you, you cannot put a price on your physical spiritual and emotional health.

Dont wait until you really have a wake up call. Take time to enjoy and live life to the fullest.

I count myself so fortunate to wake up every day and see another day.

Putting time in for oneself is a priority not a treat.

Thought/feeling for the day

The difficulty with being so sensative and attuned as a medium, as many will know and understand that when things do not sit right ot can be felt strongly.

As many who have attended my psychic and mediumistic workshops will know I pick up when the head is busy or working and not just the connection to spirit.

It can have both benefits and pitfuls being so intune im sure many will understand and appreciate the thoughts of a medium and psychic.
