Wreaths, Pilates & Prosecco ✨

As the evenings draw in, we’d love to invite you to something a little different — a relaxed candlelit evening of Wreath Making, Pilates and Prosecco.

Enjoy a gentle Pilates session led by Becky, followed by festive wreath making and a glass of Prosecco to unwind.

A cosy few hours to move, make and enjoy some calm before the Christmas rush.

Monday ❤️

Welcome to November! - our last Pilates block of the year 🙌💪. We can’t quite believe it, I guess time goes fast when you’re having fun, hey!

Lots going on in the background here at Team Redshaw and we’re looking forward to sharing more over the coming weeks, but for now 🤐.

This week’s sessions are all about that lovely hip mobility 🥰, as well as stability - developing strength and really challenging our balance ⚖️.

A challenging first class to begin with, but as always it’s all in the prep, our awareness and focus. And you know we will always give you a range of exercises to work on 👍.

When one allows yourself the time to connect to your body, it’s amazing what you can achieve! 🙌💪

✨Pilates & Events Round-Up✨

We’re wrapping up the final week of our current 8-week Physio-Led Pilates Mat and Reformer block, and it’s been fantastic to see so many of you progressing in strength, control, and confidence!

Our classes are led by Mike, our Lead Physiotherapist, and Becky, both are APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained — combining clinical expertise with the precision of Pilates movement.

If you’ve been considering joining, our next block opens soon — look out for details this Thursday! Our classes are open to everyone — no levels, just supportive, physio-led movement to help you build strength, prevent injury, and improve posture and balance.
