Happy snow day everyone 🌨️😁👣

Some tips to keep you and your feet safe and warm 🦶 🧦

❄️ Watch out for slippery surfaces, supportive laced footwear with good grip will help !!!

🧦 Merino wool socks are fab for keeping you warm!

🔥 Avoid heating your feet up in front of the fire, using hot water bottles or electric blankets as this immediate blast of heat can exacerbate chillblains !

💦 Keeping the feet well moisturised is so important to help prevent painful cracks known as fissures. There are also some good warming foot balms on the market for days like this 😉

👟 Sheep skin insoles can also help keep the feet warm in footwear !

Overall stay warm and safe, enjoy the snow while it lasts ☃️
