Our Chatter Matters sessions regularly welcome guest speakers to share helpful information with our groups! So far this year, we've enjoyed fantastic talks from Healthwatch and Waste into Wellbeing, and next week Kendal Town Council will be joining our Kendal group (20/02). 🙌

💬 What is Chatter Matters?
A friendly social group open to everyone — come along to make new friends, enjoy a light lunch, and take part in optional exercise sessions… all for just £2 per person.

Ulverston Leisure Centre
• Mondays: 11am – 1pm
• Optional exercise: 10:30am – 11:15am & 11:30am – 12:15pm

Penrith Leisure Centre
• Mondays: 11am – 1pm
• Fridays: 1:30pm – 3:30pm
• Optional exercise: 1:30pm – 2pm on Fridays

Kendal Leisure Centre
• Fridays: 12pm – 2pm
• Optional exercise: 11:30am – 12:15pm

Appleby Leisure Centre
• Fridays: 11am – 1pm
• Optional pool session: 11am – 12pm
