Amazing days at work and Im renaming this treatment to 'Ashes to Light'. Every treatment I do amazes me, the best part is seeing and hearing how this treatment has such a positive impact. Everyone after the treatment says they feel lighter and like a weight has been removed them.

Our bodies hold our score......they hold all our stress and hard experiences. They continue on the journey through our nervous system, through the body and back again, flushing through our brain. Our thoughts and feelings held ransom by things that have been done to us and done by us.

Ashes to Ashes treatment - This treatment is a must if you are heavy or low in mood. The focus is on the nervous system, clearing stagnant and toxic energy and improving flow of the Central nervous system.

Ashes to Ashes is a treatment to heal unresolved grief, stress and trauma that is stuck in the nervous system.

Step 1 - Crystal massage and clearance of the nervous system and head.
Step 2 - Healing poultice applied on the nervous system and soles of feet. Whilst poultice is working you receive a head massage and reiki treatment to cleanse the chakras.
Step 3 - Energy Centres in the body are drawn onto and connected.

I myself was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, this means that there were so many instances that it had become my norm. Making me more sensitive and self destructive. Studying brain neuroplasticity, along with many studies and research on Trauma the brain and the nervous system. Someone asked the question of my experience. I've not stopped studying for the past 6 years. I did this to escape and be free of my own long held trauma, mental, emotional and physical illness. Today the trauma is so far behind me, my anxiety minimal, stress... What's that? my inner voice says. My physical health is unbelievably good, I've not even had a cold in 3 years. Healing my trauma has healed my whole body system mental, emotional and physical.

I look for natural ways and to ancient healing that was lost or buried. This is how I came to create Ashes to Ashes, not just on a whim but years of study and research to ancient wisdom and natural healing practices.
