I myself was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, this means that there were so many instances that it had become my norm. Making me more sensitive and self destructive. Someone asked the question of my experience. I've not stopped studying for the past 6 years. I did this to escape and be free of my own long held trauma, mental, emotional and physical illness. Today the trauma is so far behind me, my anxiety minimal, stress... What's that? my inner voice says. My physical health is unbelievably good, I've not even had a cold in 3 years. Healing my trauma has healed my whole body system mental, emotional and physical.

I look for natural ways and to ancient healing that was lost or buried. This is how I came to create Ashes to Ashes, not just on a whim but years of study and research to ancient wisdom and natural healing practices.

Ashes to Ashes treatment is about healing the trauma in the nervous system.
Your nervous system runs from your brain down your spinal column.
Many up us, have unprocessed emotions to hard experiences, be it grief or trauma and our anxious and stress filled thoughts spin in our mind and down into the nervous system. Our brains release chemicals our thoughts and feelings promote the chemicals that we are flushing our body and minds with. It can be a negative cycle we are not even aware that we are trapped in. This has ramifications on health, our bodies systems are not able to work at full capability. Our nervous system is sitting in fight, flight or freeze mode and other systems from our lymphatic, to our endocrine, to a circulatory system, to our immune system are all impacted.

This treatment opens the nervous system with crystal massage and then a healing poultice made from clay and tree ash (which was used in ancient times as a powerful healing for grief and trauma), is painted on the nervous system and left to soak in for a period of time. Whilst the poultice is working it's magic of clearing infection and improving blood flow, you receive a massage to head and feet to open and clear the energies in the brain and the soles of your feet.

The poultice is washed off and then the chakras are opened and the flow between them encouraged through drawing, to imprint a new healthier memory into the nervous system.

The more I do the Ashes to Ashes treatment, the more I learn. I am amazed at the healing it brings. I've also added crystal therapy to help clear the energy of the nervous system. Our nervous system is our health super highway, hard and unprocessed experiences have a major impact on our health, our flow suffers. Everything becomes sluggish an our internal systems are not working at full capacity to clear illness, stress and infection from the body and mind. Everyone I have treated has had an immediate lift in their inner vibration.
The treatment involves crystals to clear energy in the nervous system, a warm poultice to draw out negative energy and crystals to heal and opening the chakras through drawing and connecting energy. Improved flow in the nervous system means better health.

This is the 2nd part of the Ashes to Ashes treatment. The first part is using Ash to pull trauma from the nervous (somatic) system. Your nervous system is a core part of what feeds all your organs with information, your thoughts and feelings are key contributors to how your body operates. Positive thoughts, release of positive chemicals = healing to the body. Negative thoughts, release of stress hormones to the body = impacts the body's ability to cleanse and heal.

The drawing is to open the chakras and connect them with healing flow.

I'm also introducing crystals to amplify the healing.

My studies have been vast from psychology, to trauma and the impact on the brain and body, to spirituality and energy healing. I did all of this to heal myself. I spent most of my life in dark mental and emotional place, my behaviour self sabotaging, my physical health poor.

Since doing my studies and using ashes in my own healing treatment, I have experienced a profound shift in my inner vibration. My thoughts are kinder and I feel lighter inside and also losing weight as I'm not comfort eating in the way that I was before and no longer turning to alcohol to numb and block out my trauma.

As I was doing some work on Facebook. I noticed a gentleman, had left an unkind comment on a group page I'd shared information on the Ashes to ashes treatment and some people had liked it. None of these people have been to me for any treatments. Therefore have no experience or knowledge to be writing dismissive comments about a treatment they have not experienced.

All I know is that from the pilot of this treatment, which uses ancient wisdom to heal trauma from within the body, healing sound waves to magnify the healing and art to open up and heal the energy points in the mind and body has had profound healing effects on the people I have treated.

I always ask the question of Energy Density, how heavy are the feelings within. Many times it is sitting close to 10, after treatment it has halved to 5 or below.

We all carry insecurities and anxiety within us to varying degrees. This is our internal baggage and unresolved trauma, stress and grief have a massive impact to general wellbeing and health in all areas.
