Happy 2026 to you. Apologies for the lack of posts, I got buried in my studies. I have been doing extensive studies on mental and emotional trauma and the impact on the mind and the body. This has been driven by my own difficult journey through Complex PTSD and years of study to overcome a mind that was stuck in anxiety and insecurity. This has led me to create a new treatment which embraces all of my studies Reiki Master, energy healer, Shaman and Ancient Wisdom that was once lost to us, its through my studies I have found a deep and beautiful healing and I'm now able to bring this treatment to help people heal their inner trauma.

I started this practice 5 years ago, even though there have been struggles. I can feel my wishes have come true. My wish was always to be well and free from the mental torment my mind was trapped in.
