Have you tried Kinetic Chain Release yet?

"This last year my lower back pain has been consistent and at times overwhelming.

Not helped by being on tour and working in very high heels on a raked stage and sleeping in many different beds!!!

After countless sessions of Physio, deep tissue massage etc, nothing was making a difference.

My pain was at its worst after periods of inactivity and in the morning I had almost no movement at all.

Bending to fasten a shoe was impossible.

After 1 session with Kirsten using KCR, I was astounded with the results and kept thinking I was imagining it!!

After 2 sessions I would say my pain and discomfort is massively reduced. I travelled to London from Edinburgh by train and was not aware of my back for the whole journey.
