I’ve been a Slimming World member since 2017.
I’ve lost 8 stone.
I’ve had ups, downs, wobbles, wins… and right now I’m working my way back to target.

Not perfect — just human.
And that’s exactly why I get it.

I’m proud to run four award‑winning groups, but the truth is…
my members are the real superstars.
They’re the ones who show up, try again, dust themselves off, celebrate each other, and keep going even when life gets messy.

A nudge.
A reminder.

A leaflet can be the start of a brand‑new chapter.
It can be the sign someone’s been waiting for.
It can be the courage to walk back through the doors.

Every leaflet I hand out isn’t about advertising — it’s about connection.
