Minor Injury Care in Angus.
Work is ongoing to make it easier for people in Angus to access minor injury care closer to home.
Minor injury services will be being delivered through Community Treatment and Care Services (CTACS) across Angus. This means that more care will be available in local community settings. For more complex injuries, including those that need an X-ray, people will continue to be directed to Arbroath Infirmary.
Minor injury care will continue to be provided at Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre and is also available in Kirriemuir and Montrose.
There is no change to how you access the service. If you have a minor injury, please call NHS 24 on 111. Youβll be assessed and directed to the right place for your treatment. Please do not attend without an appointment, as this could delay you receiving the right care.
We will continue to share updates as the new model is fully put in place across Angus.
