Hi, I’m Lynsey Pyott, Mum to 2 Beautiful girls Niamh & Eva.

My current favourite treatment? Indian Head Massage – it leaves my clients feeling totally zen and refreshed ✨

3 fun facts about me:

1️⃣ We went all out on Bravo’s “Boozed Up Brits Abroad” years ago – what an adventure! 😅

2️⃣ Adventure ju**ie alert! I’ve skydived 3 times, bungee jumped (including the Death Drop 5 times), and traveled and explored Australia when I was 20 🌏

3️⃣ I have a totally irrational fear of cats and rats… used to be bats too, but I’ve mostly gotten over them 🤣 Cats, Bats, Rats 🤷‍♀️

These are spinal nerves that branch out from our spine—31 pairs in total: 8 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 5 sacral, and 1 coccygeal nerve. Each pair emerges from the spinal cord and serves a specific region of the body.

The main function of these nerves are relay motor commands, sensory input and send signals between the spinal cord and the rest of the body which enables movement, feel & touch sensation, and vital automatic processes like heartbeat and digestion. The human nervous system is truly an evolutionary masterpiece.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

This is a gentle specialised manual technique, not a traditional massage, that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system encouraging it to function more effectively.
MLD is often used for Lymphoedema but it can also be helpful after surgery, injuries, or other medical conditions that affect the lymphatic system like Fibromyalgia Glandular Fever and ME.

I'm a mum of 1 year old Freddie who means the world to me and have decided working more locally is the best option for myself and family.

I'm a (HND) qualified, insured massage and complementary therapist, who can specialise in a range of therapies from deep tissue, hydrotherm, hot stones, reflexology, aromatherapy, acupuncture, and many more...
