My Background

I worked in the caring field for a number of years, at that time this was very much my purpose as I just loved working with people, was always training and learning new things stretching myself always going that extra mile, very aware not just of physical needs but also of
peoples emotional needs , and maybe not always seeing to my own, always giving of myself like a lot of people do, not holding anything back for yourself, little did I know at the time all this learning was my grounding for future work. I lived in England moved away troubled times when I was just 15 this brought many challenges and a difficult and unsettled period in my life it was a crucial time in my development and puberty can be challenging enough for some without the extra stress of new country , new school, a baby sister who was very ill, and stressed,and very worried parents, this all became very distressing as a young sensitive teen. We all have a story to tell and mine has been one of anxiety, stress and healing personal Development, self Awareness and self discovery. Its not at all surprising that I went on to work mentoring others in times of struggle

AIMS

Some people may find it difficult to relax as they may be over-thinking or hold tension in their bodies, with continued practice and the willingness to give yourself time and space to unwind, each time you will learn to relax more, just easing gently into relaxation and enjoying the experience is the way forward. There are many benefits to relaxation and meditation, an overall feeling of well-being peace and calm, self awareness and clarity, and also aids you in becoming more aware of your negative thinking patterns, it seems that a lot of people are craving inner peace, regular practice of meditation can transform your life

WORTHMORE WELL-BEING HAVE CREATED A COMFORTABLE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT

life has become very hectic and our minds become very active where we can't switch off from the treadmill of stress. It's beneficial to take time out to recharge your batteries

WorthMore WellBeing is a peaceful space anyone can avail of, if it is just to get away for a few hours to settle your thoughts and reflect, or to find balance and equilibrium to aid you in finding peace again. Learning how to relax and meditate has been of great benefit to me personally, stress is a major part of life, and by becoming more self aware, and aware of our stresses we can then take on board techniques and tools to ease the discomfort we may be feeling. Although our WorthMore WellBeing base is in Ardboe we also hope to reach out to community based projects and any establishment who would like to avail of our service. We are very excited and passionate about the whole project,and enthusiastic to be given opportunity to share personal experience through facilitation and other services we provide. We are also very aware of other agencies and would know how to signpost if required

GOOD MORNING
Looking into this picture in my front room what do I see stimulating my imagination sitting present using my focus and concentration distracting my mind
a pink sunset just breathtaking illuminous pink reflecting on the water and sand,the sun ls beginning to fade
A pink sky in the morning a shepherds warning a pink sky at night s new day dawning
I hear the waves splashing to the shore ,feeling joy excitement and zest for life nature at its best showering me with gratitude as I have sight of it's beauty the light dimming all that can be heard are the waves crashing to the shore,no birds in sight I feel my feet firmly on the ground and a sense of connection like no other, I see my reflection in the water I'm smiling my heart warming
I feel in awe present and connected it makes me want to go to the beach but I have my own private beach in this picture
The brain doesn't no what's real or imagined
I'm learnin the biggest lessons of my life putting them to practice and having fun with it

The brain is a powerful tool you can have it work for you
I see the fisherman's quay out the front of my grandmother's house when I was a child in Carrickfergus I remember been given the name of the water duckling as I was always in the water it's time to return to those joyous moments I spent many happy times in that spot on the beach in the sand building sand castles playing with my cousin's swimming in the water wearing my jelly shoes this makes me happy these memories I wish I could do it all again but I'm don't need to a so I can create days just like that with my in magination Im making shapes with the clouds
I create a tranquil area to sit meditate or just watch the waves come into shore and as they flow out they dampen the shoreline listening to the waves as they splash in the froth and foam building, feeling the breeze on my skin,my imagination running wild,walking on the sand feeling it between my toes stimulating my imagination this is where the magic happens in the present moment

Early rise this Morning

,its a time when I'm most creative my ideas and inspirations come alive I feel alive I'm at my best when I'm writing connecting from my heart to yours expressing.going with the flow in the present moment,just letting the words flow through my finger tips not having to think what I will say but just trusting the flow of inspiration, creativity and words and their power to connect. And transform.writing creates joy within it makes me smile I get to explore my ideas my plans my goals.I connect with my inner self and express how I feel the words just come with ease,passion and flow. sometimes they rhyme sometimes it's just what I've bottled up and need to express journalling is a great practice it helps those anxious feelings to ease. As you put pen to paper you can feel the change within when emotion is expressed

Gratitude is another great practice I do it daily it helps you to focus on what is good in your life and give Less focus to your worries and anxieties

Today the sun is shining and I feel much lighter and brighter, ready to make a few changes, and focusing on my priorities, to continue on my journey of growth
Making more consious choices now its 2022, with my Well being in mind, taking steps towards freedom from habits and behaviours that no longer serve me

Im, taking care of me,
Sowing seeds seeing to my personal needs
Taking stepping stones, and building blocks, taking stalk
Making a stand, filtering my mind,, being kind to me, now I can see with clarity
