The Therapy Hut Ardingly is emerging from a long overwintering. I'll be in the hut from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th February. I have some lovely new Rose oil for face massages and a big stack of wood to make sure the hut is cosy and warm and that you achieve maximum benefit from your relaxing and energising treatment. Your time in the hut is tailored specifically to your own intentions. Message me to book.

We took cosy to a new level today with hot water bottles on our toes and the wood burner giving us warmth and light while the rain pit pattered on the hut roof. A treatment in the therapy hut will help you to find conscious rest and relaxation, ease aching joints and muscles with therapeutic massage and leave you feeling light and free.
