We have classes for babies from birth until their are actively on the move 👶🏼

Friday weekly round up 🫶🏼

What a week, the end of January and full of storms & lots of colds (poorly bubbas) ☔️ but it’s been lovely and cosy in our slightly smaller classes!!

Whether it been lack of sleep or cheering on someone’s achievements this week, there’s been so much advice and help shared through classes & WhatsApps. That why I love our classes so much!! Bringing mums together so they don’t have to do it alone 🩷.

To the mum who has been through a lot lately…give yourself more credit 🫶🏼

You're raising children at the same time as you're raising yourself and managing life.

You're breaking cycles and doing it differently even though you're exhausted.

You're trying to figure out who you are, while helping little people do the same.

You're pouring all your love into your children, while learning to love yourself at the same time. You're stronger than you can ever imagine.

You're doing your best, let that is enough ❤️❤️

Hi 👋🏼

I’ve had some new followers recently so thought I would reintroduce myself…

I’m Amy, owner & instructor of Basking Babies Colchester. I am a 30 something mum of two little girls, and a cocker spaniel puppy 🐶

When my eldest was 6 months old, I joined my local Basking Babies for pre-crawling yoga & fell in love with these classes after having a bad experience in another baby class first. I then signed up again but for baby massage this time, before my youngest was born & that’s where I decided going back to my 9-5 job just wasn’t for me. 💜

In April 2024 I became the owner of Basking Babies Colchester, since then I’ve welcomed many, many mums and babies into weekly classes. I’ve made friends, I’ve laughed and I’ve cried and I’ve made so many amazing memories 🫶🏼

Bringing you a safe & welcoming space week, to meet new friends and make life long memories brings me so much happiness and it’s the best job I’ve ever had!!
