Good day, beautiful people. It's been such an exciting and thrilling few weeks, travelling, teaching, DJ'ing and most of all, my online Theta Healing appointments. Thank you to everyone who has had an appointment these last few weeks, I've never felt healing to be so powerful!

I am holding a sale during March/April with distant healing and Theta Healing appointments! For one month only you can have three appointments for the price of two. Each appointment is strictly an hour long, but you can double up with a small break if you wish or split your the three hours into two appointments of an hour and a half if you wish.

There is never a time limit on your appointment and for the the most ideal experience, it is best done by Zoom or WhatsApp so that you can relax in the comfort of your own space, save time traveling and we can see one another as we connect. Online appointments allow me to connect with you, wherever we might be! I do have limited in person appointments too.

It's been a busy year and I' delighted to say that I am on holiday from today, spending time with family and friends and only doing distant healing (and DJ'ing) until Tuesday 7th April.

Good morning Beautiful People and happy Monday!

Mirror work is fantastic for affirming positive thoughts and becoming more comfortable with yourself.

A dear friend once shared what her gran taught her. Simply look in the mirror, your eyes in particular each morning and say....

Thankyou God (universe, Creator or whatever you call your connection), for making me so beautiful.

It is an amazing gratitude practice, it helps us appreciate our dear soul, personality and physical appearance and it connects us to the universe first thing.

I usually add... "I've got this" or "I can do do this today!" If you start your day with positivity, you will attract more of the same. Perhaps others will notice your inner and outer beauty too?

Philip and I are so excited to be in Aberdeen on Sunday! I'm looking forward to my talk at 11 and connecting with everyone, we love coming to Aberdeen! Our last fair was incredible! We hope to see you there! Jason

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Deep Dive, we had a fantastic time, it was so good see see everyone!

The next thing to look forward to is Spring Bootcamp, commencing during the spring break (7 - 13 April). I can't wit to see everyone again soon!
