I offer different types of healing and therapy methods that best suit you. I am a qualified Reiki therapist, I offer Shamanic healing ( power retrieval) , Past lives healing and energy healing. The sessions can be done in person here or can be done remotely worldwide. I believe that we are all born with the ability to heal ourselves and I'm here to give you the tools and show you the door.

It is an invitation to return to the centre and listen to what is true and what needs to be heard.

These sessions are for those who feel the call to slow down, come back into the body, and allow clarity to arise in its own time.

Winter Solstice, the longest night and the still point between death and rebirth.
It’s a sacred pause, a moment to rest within the quiet dark and feel the first spark of returning light. The darkness teaches us to rest, reflect, and release, making space for the light’s return.

We’ll gather in the warmth of the sacred fire and candlelight to drink cacao, open our hearts, and honour the turning of the seasons, releasing what’s ready to fall away and calling in the new radiance rising within.

This ceremony will weave together:

As we approach the final full moon of the year, the Gemini moon rises like a silver mirror reflecting the stories we’ve lived, the words we’ve spoken, and the truths we’re ready to free.

This is a moon of clarity and release, of air and breath, inviting us to shed the weight of old narratives and make space for new light to move through our voice and spirit.

We’ll gather in candlelight for an evening of reflection, gentle ritual, weaving, light language and energy healing.
Through writing, release, and sacred silence, we’ll honour all that this year has held and prepare to enter the Solstice portal with open hearts and clean energy.

For the last 3 weeks, I have been so busy, holding space, weaving soul threads, teaching Reiki,
guiding past life journeys and transmuting shadow into light.

Each session, each breath, each tear and remembering has reminded me why I do this work.
why it matters.

To all my clients, students, and soul companions
thank you for showing up.
Thank you for trusting me with your healing.
Thank you for allowing me to witness your becoming.
You’ve kept me beautifully busy, and I’m so grateful.

Now… it’s my turn to be held 🍃
I’m off to my family and my land to rest, reconnect, and eat all the food 😅

Eclipse energy is intense , it shakes loose what no longer serves us and pulls hidden truths to the surface. In my sessions lately, I’ve been witnessing so many clients going through shedding, release, and deep letting go.

And in my own life, this eclipse season has brought me face-to-face with past wounds and relationships that needed to be released.
My dreams have been super intense with many symbols and archetypes coming through.
Patterns, boundaries and emotions are all coming to the surface to be witnessed and released. I’m feeling lighter each day.
And deep down I know I’m shedding and allowing more light in just before my trip back home to allow me to witness and anchor light in a land that needs it most.

Here are a few reminders to help you navigate this time:
🌑 Slow down — don’t rush clarity, let it come
🌑 Listen in — dreams, body whispers, synchronicities are louder now
🌑 Release + reset — let go of what feels heavy or outdated
🌑 Stay grounded — breathe, rest, eat warm foods, connect with nature
🌑 Trust the shadows — they’re guiding you back into your light

Remember: you don’t need to control eclipse energy. You’re here to dance with it, soften into it, and allow the reset to unfold.

Happy Sunday 🌙

Sitting doing my wee post for tonight’s full moon and it got me thinking of my own wee healing journey, it all started with a full moon session with Elaine 🌕🥰

4 year ago I was depressed, unhealed, just a lost soul, totally disconnected from myself.
Was on antidepressants, always drinking etc, just never really knew myself.

I seen a post on Facebook someone had shared it was from Elaine’s page about a full moon session she was offering which sounded great so I booked and I’ve never looked back 🩷

I started going every 2 weeks for sessions and my life started changing. I started healing wounds, connecting to myself and living a different life than I had ever lived. I then decided to stop drinking, never drank for about a year then started having a wee drink here n there but now I honestly don’t think I’ll ever touch a drink again 🤣

When I tell people Elaine’s work is life changing I honestly mean it, everything in my life has improved. I’ve got my own little business which gives me so much freedom which is all I wanted 🥰
I’ve also gained an amazing friend who is a real life angel 🩷

Full moons have always been magical but tonight as I reflect I feel so grateful for this journey, the healing, and the light that’s in my life now when I never thought it possible ✨
