Patient came in complaining of a hard lump on the underside of their foot that was painful.

Once all the callus had been debrided there was not one but two corns hiding underneath which was the cause of all the pain.

These were very deep as you can see from the photo and the patient reported immediate relief once enucleated.

Corn enucleation is a relatively painless procedure, Corn tissue itself has limited nerve supply.
The procedure targets dead skin.
However, if the corn is deep or inflamed, mild tenderness may occur.

In order to continue delivering the quality of service, clinical excellence, and products you expect from us, our treatment prices will be increasing from 1st April 2026.

This decision has not been made lightly. Rising operational and supply costs mean that a small adjustment is necessary to ensure we can maintain the level of care and time dedicated to each patient.

All appointments booked before 1st April 2026 will be honoured at the current prices.
