Warm Chia Pudding🤎
The ultimate cosy winter breakfast – ready in 10 minutes, gluten-free and packed with fibre. A bowl you’ll actually want to get out of bed for.
Chia Base:
½ cup Chia Bia Whole Chia Seeds
2 cups milk of choice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
In a small pot over medium-low heat, whisk together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 3–5 minutes, stirring, until thickened. Divide the chia pudding into two bowls, then top with yoghurt, peanut butter, walnuts, coconut and caramelised banana.
