JUST SAY NO.

Samhain isn’t just Halloween, it’s a season. a lunar cycle. It’s marked by the new moon closest to the midpoint between October and November, so the energies are here for the duration.


It’s a time when the veil is thin, the air turns still, and the year begins to turn inward.

Samhain is both an ending and a beginning.
The Cailleach moves across the land, putting the Earth to sleep for winter.

It’s no wonder that what’s out of alignment in our lives rises to the surface. Giving the opportunity to be seen, released, or held close as we enter the dark half of the year.

This is a season for introspection.
If you’re not sure where to begin…
Start by saying no.
Sometimes we don’t know what we want but we do know what we don’t want, that’s as good a place to start as any

Say No this November

Samhain isn’t just one night. It’s a sacred season in the lunar cycle, spanning mid-October to mid-November.

This is a season of letting go, letting things fall away, releasing what no longer serves you, shedding old patterns, and making space for growth.

Before we grow though we need to go into the dark.

It’s a time to go inward, to explore your inner landscape, and to connect to the shadows we often avoid.

The dark of Samhain is fertile and wise. It encourages reflection, self-inquiry, and self-care. It’s a moment to pause, to rest, and to nurture what’s quietly taking root in your soul.

By trusting the stillness and honoring what’s ending, we prepare ourselves for what’s becoming.
