Lately, I’ve been organising Reiki training whenever someone tells me they feel ready to begin,or continue their Reiki journey.

Or I get a message saying when are you training again! (Always appreciate a nudge!)

So I’ll ask you the same question:
Are you feeling called to start or deepen your Reiki journey?

Reiki Level 1 is focused on self-care, and sharing Reiki with friends and family. I genuinely see this day as a mini retreat for you.
A day to step away from the day to day, connect with Reiki energy, receive your attunement, and begin to see the world through new eyes.

Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner Level) deepens your connection and understanding of Reiki. Whether or not you plan to work as a Reiki therapist, this level supports a powerful expansion of your practice and personal journey.

These days can be taken separately or together, depending on what feels right for you.

My training is held in small, intimate groups, with individual attunements. The days are very practical and hands-on, with plenty of time for giving and receiving treatments, with practical applications in using Reiki every day so you feel confident integrating Reiki into your life.

I’ve got a few offerings coming up and wanted to clearly share the difference between Breath Class and Elemental Journeys.

Breath Class

This is about building a regular, sustainable breathwork practice.

You’ll learn tools you can use at home, but practising in a group helps build routine, confidence, and consistency much like yoga, meditation, or the gym you can do it at home, I definitely recommend you do but working with a group or in a class builds regular consistency, repetition and habits that create change and support you

Each class includes:
• Relaxation tools
• A couple of breath practices to build your “breathwork muscles”
• A guided breathwork journey, supported by me

Elemental Journeys

Elemental Journeys are a deeper, longer breathwork experience, held by myself and Jo from Coppice Holistics.

These journeys are supported with:
• Aromatherapy
• Energy work
• Sound
• Acupuncture

Most importantly, we hold a grounded, safe space for deep emotional and energetic release. This allows big feelings and real shifts to be gently integrated, rather than overwhelming.
Choosing who holds your energetic space is important.

The Armagh Elemental Journey will be focused on Grief, this is a theme that has naturally emerged in nearly every journey we’ve held, and one we’re choosing to honour this. I like to think it is because of that effort and importance we place on that holding of safe space that allows us to give you the freedom to explore this.

Having an evening of introspection.
I started to put this together and now I don’t even know how to start to recap 2025 without sharing every single photo of last year!
So I pulled a few pics of the biggest part of my year, inbreath breathwork facilitator training in Bali

I genuinely cannot believe everything I’ve done in these last 12 months

Bali and training with kicked off the year and that training has been integrated into every part of my life
My connection to the land at home, the creation of my daily, weekly practices and rituals to keep my own spiritual and energetic body in harmony
My heart is so full of gratitude

This year gave birth to the breathwork practice classes, breathwork journeys, the Elemental Journey, the Elemental Events Retreats

All the while still working away at my personal therapy in clinic therapy work

I am so grateful for all the support and connection and being privileged enough to be part of your healing journey too

JUST SAY NO.

Samhain isn’t just Halloween, it’s a season. a lunar cycle. It’s marked by the new moon closest to the midpoint between October and November, so the energies are here for the duration.


It’s a time when the veil is thin, the air turns still, and the year begins to turn inward.

Samhain is both an ending and a beginning.
The Cailleach moves across the land, putting the Earth to sleep for winter.

It’s no wonder that what’s out of alignment in our lives rises to the surface. Giving the opportunity to be seen, released, or held close as we enter the dark half of the year.

This is a season for introspection.
If you’re not sure where to begin…
Start by saying no.
Sometimes we don’t know what we want but we do know what we don’t want, that’s as good a place to start as any
