Son of the late Patrick and Elizabeth,

Colm will be reposing at his brother Brian's home 20 Druids Villas, Armagh Monday 29th December from 7pm to 9pm and
Tuesday from 1pm until 8pm.
Funeral on Wednesday 31st December to St. Patrick’s Cathedral
for 11am Requiem Mass.
Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Thomas HAVERTY, Seven Oaks, Armagh, formerly of Castleboy, Kilchreest, Co. Galway, after a long illness.

Deeply regretted by his loving son Tomás;
brothers Christy, Harry, Michael and John;
sisters Maura and Angela;
brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and
nephews, relatives and friends.

Pre-deceased by his parents Harry and Rita.

Thomas will be reposing in J.J. McArdle’s Funeral Home on
Sunday 28th December from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
Funeral on Monday in St Patrick’s Cathedral,
Armagh at 11.00am Mass.
Burial on Tuesday in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin at 10.00am.

The wife Nuala and extended family of the late Frank Somers wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.

To all who attended the house, sent cards, letters with messages of sympathy and supported us in any way we are deeply grateful. To our wonderful neighbours and close friends and those who travelled great distances to be with Frank in his final days and on the day of his funeral, we are truly touched.

Thank you to Cardinal Sean Brady and Fr Brian Lennon for their spiritual support and for celebrating the beautiful requiem mass, that was so meaningful and so personal. Special thanks to Cathy Kelly for the beautiful music that enriched the mass so much.

To all those who lovingly attended Frank in his final few weeks, particularly Marie Curie staff and Enable Care, Armagh district nurses and the medical staff of Moy Health Centre, we will never forget the care and devotion that you showed to Frank and Nuala throughout this very difficult time.

Thanks to JJ McArdle for their professionalism and guidance and for the dignified way in which the funeral was carried out. Thank you to the grave digger for preparing Franks final resting place and to Moy Inn for the catering and refreshments after Franks funeral mass

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Died peacefully at home in the loving care of her family and friends.
Beloved partner of Julie, devoted mother of Scarlett and Luke.
Much loved daughter of the late Sean and Frances Hughes, Mullinary Blackwatertown.

wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us in the loss of our mother.

We are deeply touched by the generosity

We, the family of the late Pat Daly would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who offered their sympathies and support during our recent bereavement.

Thank you to all who attended Pat’s funeral Mass and burial, and to those who visited the family home during his wake, sent Mass and sympathy cards, contacted us by phone and posted messages of condolence.

Sincere thanks to our extended family and friends who helped in so many practical ways at Pat’s wake and funeral, whether that was bringing food, making tea and assisting with arrangements in the house. Your support is greatly appreciated. We also offer a special word of gratitude to Naomh Colmcille, Carrickmore GAA, for the use of a club jersey to acknowledge Pat’s life-long devotion of his club, to Curran’s and McAnerney’s Supermarkets and our local takeaways for their gifts of food and groceries.

The funeral Mass was a fitting tribute of Pat’s life, and we are eternally grateful to Fr Giacomo Taffi, for his prayerful support throughout the wake and for his insightful homily as part of the Pat’s funeral Mass. We also wish to thank Rory Madden and Malachi Cush for the beautiful music and prayerful singing.

We thank those who prepared Pat’s grave so attentively and JJ McArdle & Sons for their professionalism, compassion and sensitivity in undertaking the funeral arrangements. We are also grateful to the staff and pupils of St Peter’s PS, for their guard of honour at the Cathedral entrance and to pupils from St Patrick’s HS, Keady, representing Pat’s teaching career.

Sincerest thanks to all who took care of Pat including the medical and nursing staff at Craigavon Area Hospital, the Acute Care at Home team, the team at Archway Surgery, and the Trust’s Podiatry team who tended so compassionately to Pat throughout his illness.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude and appreciation for your love and support at this challenging time. The celebration of Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

We, the family of the late Joe Kelly, would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who offered their sympathies and support during our recent bereavement.

Thank you to all who attended Joe’s funeral mass and burial, and to those who kindly visited the family home for his wake (particularly in such inclement conditions), sent Mass and sympathy cards, contacted us by phone and posted messages of condolence online. We are also grateful for the many generous donations to Armagh Christian Brothers’ Primary School handball fund in Joe’s memory.

Sincere thanks to all who helped in so many practical ways at Joe’s wake and funeral – bringing food, making tea and assisting with arrangements in the house. Your support is greatly appreciated. We offer a special word of gratitude to 1st Armagh Scout Group, Currans, Mulberry and our local takeaways.

The funeral mass was a beautiful celebration of Joe’s life and we are forever grateful to those who helped make it such a fitting tribute to him, especially Fr Barry Matthews, to whom we are indebted for all his support and prayer during Joe’s final weeks and for his beautiful homily.

We also thank Patricia Hagan, Denise Hagan and Cathy Crozier for their beautiful music, which we feel sure Joe would have thoroughly enjoyed.

Betty and the family of the late Peter Devlin wish to extend their gratitude to everyone who offered condolences, prayers and support during their recent bereavement. To everyone who called to our house, sent mass cards, letters, and sympathy messages. To everyone who attended the funeral, particularly those who travelled long distances to support us. For the all the kind gifts of food, including Cordelia’s and McAnerneys, which were all greatly appreciated.

To Father Barry for supporting the family throughout this time and for the requiem mass and burial. A special thanks to St Malachy’s choir for the beautiful singing throughout, especially as Peter had been a member of this choir for so many years.

A particular word of thanks to the Principal and children representing St Patrick’s Primary school, Crossmaglen, who attended the funeral mass. We were sincerely touched by their presence. We also greatly appreciated meeting so many former pupils and staff who shared their memories of Peter with us.

For all the health care professionals who helped care for Peter with compassion, including The Friary surgery, the District nursing team, the Acute Care at Home team and the Clogher Valley homecare team.

To J.J.McArdle’s Funeral Directors for their professional service and guidance and help with all the arrangements, to OL Flowers and to Armagh Golf Club for their welcome and refreshments after the burial.

Peter’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 10th December at 7.30pm at St. Malachy’s church. As we are unable to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude to everyone.
