I tell you 😅😆

Someone once told me that having a cat in my 'home' was unhygienic and would give me parasites, while simultaneously consuming dead, decaying animal flesh themselves for the very body that 'houses' their soul.

The irony 🙃🤭🙈

I trust my spiritual protectors to repel this type of fallacious human.

Honestly, I’ll stick with my cats. Ancient Egyptians worshipped them as sacred guardians of the home and the soul.
🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🌌🎵

Meanwhile, consuming flesh is a far higher risk for parasites than living with a cat who is clean, conscious, and very much alive.
So while some humans worry about “parasites,” I’ll be over here, honored by my feline bodyguards. Bow down, mere mortals… my cats have my back. 😼

Also, nomatter what you eat, you should be parasite cleansing x2 per year!!!

ALSO, no judgement to meat eaters 🙏🏽

✨ 3 years ago today, my wild son chose his own way into this world. ✨
He is a rebel by nature AND name.

🔥 TOUSSAINT 🔥

I freebirthed him at home, no hospital, no doctors, no midwife, no interventions. Just instinct, my body, and deep trust in the natural process.

It was a wild pregnancy, a journey of surrender, power, and connection that I’ll never forget.
When I found out I was pregnant I chose not to go to the doctors and walk the path alone.
I also had a lotus birth, leaving his cord and placenta attached until it naturally separated just 18 hours after. Many people don’t know this, but it’s one of the most nurturing, grounding experiences you can give a newborn. Physically, it allows for gentle transition, optimal blood transfer, and continued nourishment. Spiritually, it honors the sacredness of life, the bond between mother and child, and the choice of the baby to enter the world in their own time.
Freebirthing and lotus births aren’t just about birth, they’re about trusting your body, listening to your child, and reclaiming the rite of passage modern society has medicalized. It’s about remembering that birth is a ceremony, not a procedure.

💫 3 years later, I watch my son thrive, independent, curious, fierce, and connected to life in a way that feels magical. And I know his resilience, independence frer wild spirit and strong mindset, comes from the foundation we laid in those first moments together.

To anyone who feels fear or doubt: trust your body, your instincts, and the sacred intelligence of your baby. Birth doesn’t have to be scary, it can be wild, empowered, and transformative.

Happy 3rd birthday to my wild one 🖤

I think I’ve found the real secret to success…

Your body can never be stronger than your mindset.
This applies to everything, healing disease, fitness goals, finances, relationships, business. You can have the best protocols, plans and intentions in the world, but if the mind isn’t aligned, the body and life won’t follow.

I’ve always said 95% of my son’s healing came down to his mindset.

Not fear. Not panic. Not “why me?”. But belief, calm, purpose and consistency.

To keep his mindset strong, we focused on the inner work just as much as the physical: ✨ Meditation & breathwork

🌍 Grounding & time in nature
🏃🏽‍♂️ Gentle movement & exercise
📖 Journaling to release emotion
🗣️ Daily affirmations & positive language
🥗 Nourishing the body with the right foods, herbs & supplements, because what you put into your body feeds your cells, your mind and your healing

The body listens. The cells listen. Life listens.

Train your mind like your life depends on it, because it does.
🧠✨

If you truly want to heal the body, you have to get back in sync with it 🌙☀️

Your body runs on an internal clock, your circadian rhythm.
Every cell, hormone, organ, and system follows a cycle of wake, repair, digest, detox, and rest.

When we wake at different times every day…
eat randomly…
sleep late…
skip rest…
and live against the clock...
the body stays in survival mode.

✨ Healing requires rhythm.

This is why routine is medicine:
• Wake at the same time
• Take supplements consistently
• Eat at regular times
• Sleep at the same time

You’re telling the body: you’re safe, you’re supported, you can repair now.

Ancient systems knew this long before science caught up.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body follows a 24-hour organ clock, each organ has a peak time for detox, repair, and energy. When we honour these cycles, the body works with us, not against us.

There is wisdom in rhythm.
There is healing in consistency.
There is power in returning to nature’s timing.

Health doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing things in alignment.
Your body already knows how to heal,
it just needs the right conditions.

I prioritised rhythm for my son when healing... waking, breaking his fast, taking his supplements, eating meals at set times, moving his body, and going to bed consistently, because I wanted to give him the best chance to heal and thrive.
Every part of his day became a building block: nutrition, rest, movement, and routine all working together to support his body naturally, in alignment with its own clock.

"It appears she is someone living her life unconcerned with who you think she is..."

To those who are playing it small... dimming your light... saying yes when you want to say NO! Staying quiet to 'keep the peace'... compromising on your standards and happiness... settling... being less than you know you can be... STOP IT!

You are the rarest 💚

There is only one of you in the entire world🌍!!!!!

So who are you?

What makes you happy? What brings you joy?
Do and be more of that 💯🤗🙏🏽

Say no to EVERYTHING that isn't (can't stress this part enough!)

That is your super power!

That is your niche.

That is what sets you apart from the rest.

I just heard on the radio that researchers are studying how to diagnose cervical cancer by period blood...

What in the ritual...

Hopefully it's not as useless as a PCR.

If theyre looking for a problem best believe they will find one!

BIG MONEY in diagnostics!

05/02/2026

Yesterday was World Cancer Awareness Day.

I tried to upload two different videos but Instagram wasn’t having it.

I wanted to share how important it is to support those going through a cancer diagnosis and help them maintain some sense of normality.
From the moment you receive a cancer diagnosis, nothing about life feels normal, at least not for a long time.

Leaving the hospital for the first time after almost losing my son, I had no idea of the journey ahead. I was naive in believing that we could return to 'normal'—back to school, work, family outings, bedtime stories. But that normal didn’t come for a very long time. And when it did, nothing was the same. Trying to re-enter a life that has passed by while you were missing so much is incredibly difficult.

One unspoken part of this journey that everyone who hasn’t experienced cancer should know is how deeply a 'normal' life is craved. When I say normal, I mean average daily life, normal conversations, normal routines. Waking up in your own bed without hearing beeping machines or following a strict medicine schedule. Taking a shower without worrying about getting the 'wigglys' wet, a softer name for the line coming out of your chest.

A cancer diagnosis turns your world upside down. Your routine can disappear. Work can feel irrelevant. Hospital visits become frequent. And the hardest part is sometimes the pity from others.

I remember always feeling the elephant in the room. The stares. The apologies for what we were going through. Or the silence because people didn’t want to bring up something uncomfortable. But underneath it all, despite the diagnosis, the ill health, and the hospital visits, you are still the same person.

We just want normal conversations. A normal day. A conversation without pity.

My son used to get frustrated when people treated him like he would break or like he could no longer do the things he once could. He was still strong. He was still himself.

This video is of my son leaving the hospital for the first time after flatlining following his stage four cancer diagnosis. It captures a moment of life returning, but it also reminds us how fragile and precious normal life truly is.
