Exciting changes to our healthy plan are here ✨, and I can’t wait to share them with you 🤗.

We’re saying goodbye to Syns and introducing Swips, there's a brand new healthy fats choice – we're talking nuts, olive oil and yes, avocado 🥑🥜 to name a few! These changes have been made to make our healthy eating plan even more flexible than ever!

I’ve been a Consultant for almost 18 years.

I joined as a Slimming World as a member back in July 2007 and Iv lost over 9 stone.

I love Slimming World because....it fits in with family life, no counting calories, our Free Foods are really generous and I can enjoy a night out and still lose weight !
