I am founder of Empower Education - The missing link in a child's education. We provide Emotional Health Education by taking young people on a journey of self discovery to empower them with the knowledge and understanding of who they are, create a positive mindset, and grow their resilience toolkit to navigate life's challenges more easily. We use techniques such as mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and a range of simple creative ways to manage our thoughts and emotions. Our programmes and workshops provide young people with emotional intelligence training - an understanding of our mind, through self awareness, neuroscience, mindset, the importance of self belief and how to 'grow' it. How to grow the mind to be more emotionally resilient, and develop good social awareness, and most importantly, to be happy with the amazing unique person they are! Every child no matter their background, race, religion, gender or life experience, have a unique unlimited potential, they first need to discover the amazing person that they are to be able to stand in their potential.
