Sports Massage Therapy I am a Level Three qualified Sports Therapist.

I am hardworking and very passionate about my work, always looking for ways to further my knowledge in order to provide my clients with the best and most beneficial treatment. I am easily approachable and always strive to interact with my clients in order to understand their needs. Whether that is in the form of a sports massage to aid injury recovery and/or advise on training programs, exercises and stretches.

Pleased to say as of the 12th April, all non essential services are allowed to reopen, meaning the studio is open for massages and is no longer restricted to only those needing clinical treatments.

All covid safe measures and PPE will continue to be used with everyone’s safety a priority, so please get in touch if you want to book in for a massage after the 12th 😊

First day back in the studio after too long... It may have a slightly different feel to it, but it’s great to see my clients and get back to doing what I love.

If you’re unsure or feeling apprehensive about getting a massage booked in during these difficult times, please feel free to call or message me and I will talk you through the new regulations.

I will explain all the new procedures that have been put in place designed to keep my clients and I safe, whilst delivering the same quality sports massages.
