As 2025 comes to a close, I just wanted to pause for a moment and say thank you 💜

This year has been a busy one, full of learning, growth and some really special opportunities. From launching Aesthetic Nurse Mentors and introducing new treatments into the clinic, to continuing my PhD and experiencing moments of recognition and awards I’ll never take for granted.

But at the heart of it all, it’s always been about my patients. Continuing to learn, refine what I do, and show up with care and integrity every single day.

Looking to 2026, I’m excited about what’s to come, growing our team, continuing to transform skin with treatments like Morpheus8, Lumecca and Forma, and delivering results that feel natural, regenerative and long lasting.

A gentle reminder that aesthetic treatments don’t have to mean losing expression, altering your natural character, or looking like someone else.

In this case, just a small amount of dermal filler placed in the mid-face was enough to softly support the skin beneath the cheek and make a meaningful difference to this patient’s natural features. Loss of volume in this area had been contributing to excess fine lines, wrinkling and a more tired, aged appearance. By restoring a touch of structure, we were able to support and smooth the skin, subtly enhancing her beautiful smile without adding bulk to the face or changing any natural movement.

The result isn’t obvious. It’s simply a face that looks more rested, balanced, and supported.

Myself and .aesthetics were lucky enough to learn alongside Allergan and Mr Shoaib to explore the latest techniques in HArmonyCA, dermal filler, platysma treatments for lifting, and an in depth look at a next generation skin hydrator, .

Days like this really remind me how important it is to keep learning. With there always being opportunities to learn from people with so much experience behind them, or uncover new ways to approaching a technique or treatment, I don’t think the education side of aesthetics should ever stop. It all helps me keep refining what I do and make sure the treatments I offer are the safest and most effective.

A huge thank you to Allergan Aesthetics and Mr Shoaib for such an insightful, inspiring day.
