1/ Cut out Ultra Processed Food’s & Refined Sugars.

2/ Eat an Anti-Inflammatory Diet (Mediterranean Style)
Focus on whole foods, rich in colorful fruits and vegetables (berries, cherries, leafy greens), nuts, seeds, and legumes. Prioritize healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil and consume fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel).
