What a year! 🌿✨
To be honest, it’s been so busy behind the scenes that my social media has taken a backseat—but for the best possible reason. My diary has been full, my hands have been busy!!
From supporting local athletes through a busy competitive year to helping my regulars find a moment of peace, 2025 has been unforgettable. To my loyal customers: thank you for trusting me with your recovery and wellness. I couldn't do this without you.

Infrared Heat Therapy

Infrared lights are part of the electromagnetic spectrum, invisible to see but can be felt as heat like the sun. It is completely safe to use as there are no harmful UV rays. Is thought it can help boost the immune system by boosting circulation, increase oxygenation of the blood and improving blood vessel function. It is also used to help ease joint pain and stiffness. It can help boost metabolism and improve tissue repair and reduce inflammation.

Infrared heat therapy can be incorporated into a massage treatment. Heating the muscles prior to massage will help relax the muscles ready for treatment. It is an ideal treatment for pre/post workout sessions and to ease general aches and pains.

Designed to help promote recovery and ease leg pain. Air compression to the legs can help increase circulation and blood flow, reduce muscle pain, DOMS and stiffness and therefore potentially decrease risk of injury. It can reduce swelling by promoting lymphatic fluid movement.

Separate air chambers can isolate areas of the legs from the feet to the upper quads.

2023 Athletics season is underway!

First National Athletics League was a home match at Thames Valley Athletics Centre on Sunday. Very busy day keeping all the wseh athletes in shape ready to run and then recover! Lots of massages, taping and stretching. Also First Aiding too, helping the injured athletes from the whole event as well. Almost running out of ice packs! First aid kit definitely needs restocking after that. Busy busy day! Great start to the athletics season with lots of good performances from the Windsor Slough Eton and Hounslow Athletics Club.

2023 Athletics Season has started! I will be at a lot of the track meets looking after Windsor athletes and hopefully competing myself at some of the events this season. Hopefully a good year for all!
