Good News - New Lifestyle Group starting at Ash Surgery



Are you ready to make a change? Want to improve your health, but don't know where to start and feel unmotivated?

Maybe you're feeling a bit isolated? Have problems sleeping? Want to feel happier, but don't know how?

Why not join a small group at the surgery, for some light, fun, and interactive sessions on general wellbeing, sleep, healthy eating, hydration and exercise!

Jan, our One You Kent Lifestyle Advisor, will ensure a warm welcome, and create a relaxed environment, to support you in making goals, to help kick start change in your life

The groups are planned to start in August 2023, on a Thursday morning, for seven consecutive weeks, from 10am -11.30am

Please book online if you wish to receive a flu vaccine and you are over the age of 65.

A PCR test scam has surfaced again. Messages like the one below were sent around the country yesterday (9March). If you or anyone you know gave your full credit/bank card details to order a kit you should cancel your card or contact your card provider for advice.
