I’m Becky, a Holistic Therapist passionate about women’s wellbeing. For me, Holistic Therapy is more than just offering beautiful treatments. It’s part of a healing journey, unique to each person, and I’m so grateful to be able to offer a space of sanctuary for my clients to relax, rest and rebalance their body, mind and soul.

Modern healing rooted in ritual; grounded in presence, guided by intention, is my vibe. Because ritual invites mindfulness into the process — helping you slow down, reconnect, and align with your inner wisdom. Prioritising self care is incredibly important, and I’m here to support women on their journey with theirs. Because we CAN integrate our needs in such a fast paced world, we just need reminding sometimes!

I offer an array of treatments, including Indian Head Massage (probably my signature treatment!), Womb-space & Hormonal Health, Holistic Facials and Energy work, from my therapy room based near Swadlincote. I also offer a mobile service, Holistics at Home, for clients who wish to experience their sessions in the comfort of their own surroundings.

In my space, you’ll find tools, reflections, and inspiration to help you reconnect with yourself and create balance from within. I’m so happy that you’re here 🩷
