Another innovative and expertly manufactured machine in our TruNet Automation range, the Stick Loader has been designed and engineered by Inox Meccanica to the highest standard.

This impressive system allows the loading of different types of products on sticks, with an unbeatable loading time of 4 sticks per minute.

The machine can be integrated with the PIC 99 B and IR 115 machines, both of which are also available through TruNet Automation, streamlining the casing and netting of various types of products.

Introducing Pic Lomo, an all-new addition to our collection of innovative meat-processing machinery.

The Pic Lomo is a specialised machine developed specifically for stuffing lomo – the Spanish term for tenderloin. This type of sausage is commonly produced in large volumes using meat from both Iberian and white pig breeds.

Due to the anatomical delicacy of the tenderloin, all Spanish producers currently rely on semi-automatic machines to fill lomo. This is because the muscle is prone to longitudinal cracks – ruptures in the tissue that can lead to infiltration issues during the curing process, ultimately affecting the quality of the final product.

To address this, Inox Meccanica has designed and patented a fully automated solution that replicates the precise manual action traditionally carried out by skilled operators – significantly reducing the risk of damage and improving production efficiency.
