Hi, I am Hannah Goff I have a level 5 diploma in Practitioner Reflexology specialising in the Duopody method. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexology. I am looking to help people with their wellbeing. I am dedicated to Womens health and helping to improve mental and physical wellbeing. I have brilliant techniques at my fingertips to help with existing health conditions, sleep issues, reduce Stress and Anxiety and Ultimately relax the client. Enabling people to have a safe space to relax and have some calm time is so important, relaxation is so key to improving our physical and mental health.

So sorry I have been so quiet on my socials recently I have been super busy with summer holidays with the kids and fitting in my treatments for clients around them! Getting them back into school, with my smallest now starting primary. It’s been a busy few months!
Plus I have been building a reflexology room in my garden! All to be revealed soon hopefully 🤞🏼🙏🏼!! Hope you have all had a great summer! Now into my favourite time of the year Autumn with all the fab colours, flavours and weathers! Xx
