PROTECTED LEARNING TIME
On a number of days throughout the year the practice is closed for Mandatory staff training & development.
We will be Closed for Protected Learning Time on:
Wednesday 3rd September from 1pm.
There will be No clinicians available in the afternoon.
Whilst the practice is closed, please call 111 if you are unable to wait until the following morning, in the case of a medical emergency please contact 999.

Subject: Continuation of Dr George Vattakuzhiyil ENT Services at Sellindge Surgery- now provided by Northgate Medical Practice, Canterbury.

We are pleased to inform you that from Tuesday 16 September 2025, Northgate Medical Practice, Canterbury, will be taking over the provision of Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and audiology services at Sellindge Surgery, continuing the contract previously held by Dr George Vattakuzhiyil at Sellindge Surgery.

Patients from Ashford and surrounding areas can continue to be seen and treated at Sellindge Surgery for ENT & audiology services.

Northgate Medical Practice’s ENT service has been well-established for over 20 years, providing high quality, patient centred care across East Kent with very good patient satisfaction ratings. We are committed to delivering the same trusted, accessible and efficient service from Sellindge Surgery, ensuring a seamless transition of service for both patients and referrers.
