Hi 👋 its been a while since I've said a bit about me on here so here goes 😊
I'm Vanessa and I started WellNess Sports Therapy in 2012. After an ankle injury and not being able to run and finding it frustrating going to various professionals not really being listened to or receiving the help I needed I realised the importance of offering just that to people! So I studied my Level 5 Sports & Clinical Therapy qualification, training as a personal trainer alongside it so that I could work with people and get a better understanding of how the body worked & moved.
Here’s what you can expect when you come to see me at WellNess Sports Therapy:

We go through what’s been bothering you, what feels tight, current pain levels, what’s been restricting you, whats been going on in your life that may be contributing and what you need to feel your best.

I look at what your body is doing, what might be causing the issue, and how we can get you moving better. No guesswork — everything is tailored to YOU.
♡ Hands-on treatment that actually helps
Sports & clinical massage, soft tissue work, cupping, needling, stretching… whatever your body needs on the day. Not a one-size-fits-all routine - proper targeted work for what YOU need.

Less tightness, less pain, more movement. You walk out feeling lighter, looser and like you’ve got your body back.
