Well… We are a company founded by care professionals who understand the importance of the person coming into your home. That’s why, when we meet candidates, we ask ourselves a simple, but very important, question: Would we be happy for this person to look after our mum?

If the answer isn’t an overwhelming yes, the candidate won’t be successful in their application.
