Your Therapy Welcome to Your Therapy. My name is Leila and I offer a counselling service that aims to put you, the client at the heart of what I do.

As a qualified person centred counsellor, I am able to help with a variety of issues you may be struggling with, including anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, feeling stuck, loneliness, trauma, unwanted patterns of behaviour, anger and low self esteem.
