Saturday 20th December at Kennington WI hall, Faversham Road, Ashford Kent

2pm to 5pm
£49.00 per person

Celebrate the up coming Winter Solstice with three wonderful Practitioners!

We will be offering Restorative Yoga, a mindful art session, followed by Meditation & Reiki.

Mince pies, Cakes & refreshments will be provided

SELF CARE IS NORMAL ✨✨

Self care can mean so many different things to different people.
It is the practice of actively maintaining your mental, physical, spiritual & emotional health.
This can be through activities that bring you joy, eating well, sleeping well, reducing stress, a hot chocolate with your friends, reading a book or listening to a podcast, going for a walk in nature or to the beach.
The list is endless!
Setting boundaries for yourself & taking time out is a must, especially close to Christmas when you are busier than normal, and socialising more.
