Did a fabulous retreat with Frances from OnPointe Pilates and Chico for breath work
Frances also teaches paddle boarding at the watersports centre at Mote Park.
Spiky balls and band work were an interesting combination 😳😳.
We worked hard, we laughed, we swam in the sea.
Breath work for me was challenging as just had a chest infection

Just sent another £45 to Kent Air Ambulance.
It has been my charity of choice for years but I am especially thankful to their amazing service as one of our friend wouldn’t have survived his accident without them few months ago.
