Ultima Care supply experienced Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to different health care providers in the local areas. We aim to provide the highest quality care possible and deliver the best customer service. All our employees are highly trained and experienced this allows us to offer our customers the best person to support their needs. Ultima Care believes in supporting their customers to be as independent as possible with the person centred approach

We’re all set up and getting ready to welcome our care team for our final meeting of 2025 later today.

This session is an important one for us. We’ll be focusing on one of the core questions that defines great care: Are we responsive?

Each team member will complete our Responsiveness Pulse Survey, giving honest insight into how well we support our clients, communicate as a service, and where we can continue to improve going into 2026. Their feedback directly shapes how we grow, lead, and deliver care.

And because it’s December… everyone will also receive a little thank-you from us! A Merry Merry Christmas Ultima Care chocolate bar 🎄💙

Looking forward to a positive, open discussion today and to closing the year with the same energy, heart and teamwork that have driven us through 2025.
