Feeling like your hormones might be doing a bit of a dance? Are you in your late 30's to mid-50s? You're definitely not alone! ✨ aiming for eight hours of sleep is key because that's when your body restores and regulates hormones.

✨stress management is vital since cortisol, the stress hormone, can throw other hormones out of balance.

✨healthy fats, like from avocados or nuts, are essential for hormone production.

✨protein intake helps regulate feelings of fullness and blood sugar, which affects hormones.

✨cutting back on sugar can improve insulin sensitivity, impacting other hormones.

✨fibre promotes digestive health, aiding the elimination of excess hormones.

✨omega-3s have anti-inflammatory effects and support hormone function.

✨ staying hydrated ensures hormones can be transported properly.

✨maintaining a healthy weight can minimize the impact of excess estrogen on hormone balance.

✨ avoiding endocrine disruptors in everyday products means limiting exposure to chemicals that mimic hormones.
